You may customize your event by selecting the vendors of your choice

You may coordinate with outside vendors of your choice for services such as catering, DJ, Photographer, Alcohol, etc (You will be required to provide the contact information for all vendors utilized during your event.)

Vendors must carry their own liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance

Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender

Vendors are guaranteed access a minimum of 2 hours prior to the start time of the event. Earlier access may be possible upon request but cannot be confirmed until the week prior to the event.
